The View at The Palm DubaiThe View, an observation deck on the 52nd floor of the Palm Tower, adjacent to Nakheel Mall, provides a novel perspective. Accessible from the mall's roof, a rapid elevator ascent takes you 240 meters above the island. Before reaching the deck, an interactive museum and gallery recount the Palm Jumeirah's origin story. Once atop, relish a 360-degree vista encompassing the Palm Jumeirah, Dubai's skyline, and the Arabian Gulf. The View offers open and enclosed viewing areas, a VIP lounge, café, and a souvenir shop to commemorate your visit.

Booking Policy
Cancellation Policy- In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.
Child Policy- Children under 3 years will be considered infants and will enter free of charge.
- Children aged 3 to 13 years will be considered children and will be charged the child rate.
- Children above 13 years will be considered adults and will be charged the adult rate.
Note - Till 30th April 2025, Infants are ages 0-4, children are ages 4-11, and adults are 12 years and older.
Important Information
- Carry a passport or Emirates ID during your visit.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the visit.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
- The venue can refuse entry for non-compliance with its rules.
- Follow the safety guidelines and instructions given by staff.
- If you add a transfer to your booking, eating, drinking and smoking inside the vehicle are not allowed.
- The attraction is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues or weather, and no refunds are given for unused or partially used tickets.
- The venue is not responsible for loss, injury or damage during your visit.
- Note : Effective 1 October 2026, the operating hours for The View Palm Jumeirah will be 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (last entry). Non-Prime Hours: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Prime Hours: 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
