- Sharp objects, paints, folding bikes, skateboards, large bags and heavy luggage are not allowed inside.
- The venue has prayer rooms, restrooms, a first-aid room and a designated smoking area.
- The Palace in Motion light show is included in your ticket if it takes place on your visit date; last entry is 45 minutes before showtime, and timings depend on sunset.
- If you have added a transfer to your booking, eating, drinking and smoking inside the vehicle is not permitted.
- Qasr Al Watan is open from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm.
